Mostly this should have been a 5 star stay. The location is phenomenal right on the edge of the Carmel Market, walking distance to the beach. Having car parking included and air conditioning was excellent. Cyril was responsive, answering questions fairly quickly, but providing more detailed information prior to arrival would have made things less stressful during our stay. Eg, hot water boiler needs to be switched on in advance of showering. No instructions or labels showing which switch. No instructions in advance on how to get in or out of the car park or the key safe. Whilst the apartment itself is excellent, it smelled of cigarette smoke. There was one bowl and plate for three people. There is a washing machine but the clothes horse is pretty broken. The shower is a good size, but the floor around the edges did not look clean. These are all easy things to address and once done I hope future reviews will be 5 stars as it really should be a top place to stay in Tel Aviv.

Great location between the beach and Carmel Market. Having an underground parking garage in the same building is a luxury in this part of the city. Cyril always was quick to respond to any request.
