Kerem HaTeimanim is a historic neighborhood located in the heart of Tel Aviv. The name "Kerem HaTeimanim" means "Vineyard of the Yemenites," and it was named after the Yemenite Jewish immigrants who settled there in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
The neighborhood is known for its unique architecture, with narrow streets and low-rise buildings. Many of the buildings are built around central courtyards, which were used for communal activities and gatherings. The buildings in the neighborhood have been preserved over the years, giving it a distinctive charm and character.
Kerem HaTeimanim is also known for its vibrant atmosphere and bustling market scene. The Carmel Market, one of the largest and most famous markets in Tel Aviv, is located in the heart of the neighborhood. Here, visitors can find a wide range of fresh produce, spices, clothing, and souvenirs.

August 2025Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement de Cyril. Tout était conforme à l’annonce et aux photos ;-) L’emplacement privilégié dans les petites rues du souk est très sympa et l’appartement est très calme. Quand à Cyril il mérite bien son titre de séjour »super hôte » ;-) il est très réactif, la communication avec lui est fluide et agréable et il met tout en œuvre pour vous satisfaire ou vous répondre si vous avez des questions. Adresse à retenir sans hésiter… ou à rester si vous n’y avez pas déjà été. Merci Cyril ce fut un plaisir.

August 2025חשוב להגיד שיש בדירה הגדלת ראש ממש יפה, כמות המגבות, קפסולות למדיח, קפסולות למכונת כביסה. מנגד לא קיבלנו את כל הפרטים על ההתחלה, וזה מעט הקשה.

September 2025I booked the place for a small, intimate dinner for my husbands 40th, everything was amazing, fully stocked kitchen, lots of space, huge terrace to sit and enjoy drinks. Our Host was very welcoming and nice. All the rooms matched the description. Thank you again!

January 2026This place is a real gem. Located in Kerem HaTemanim, just steps from Carmel Market, you’re right in the heart of Tel Aviv’s best food, culture, and vibe. Everything is within walking distance — amazing restaurants, cafés, bars — and the beach is less than five minutes away. The apartment itself is in a beautiful, well-maintained building, quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. The rooftop is exceptional — very large and perfect not only for relaxing, but also for hosting, gathering, and enjoying Tel Aviv from above. I loved the stay so much that I extended it. If you want to experience Tel Aviv at its best, this is truly the place to book. The host was responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

April 2026מיקום קרוב לים ולשוק, הדירה מרווחת ונוחה לאירוח עם ילדים. הסלון והמרפסת גדולים. פלוס נוסף זה שיש חניון צמוד מתחת לבניין. ממש נחמד שיש סבונים וקפסולות למכונת כביסה מענה מהיר בוואטסאפ לשאלות לשומרי שבת סיפקו פלטה ומיחם, אבל אין שעון שבת למזגן אז קפאנו מקור בלילה כדי שיהיה נעים ביום יש מקום לשיפור ברמת הנקיון והתחזוקה של הדירה!

May 2026חוויה מצוינת ומומלצת מאוד. התקשורת הייתה נעימה, זמינה ומהירה לאורך כל השהות, והרגשנו שיש תמיד למי לפנות. המיקום פשוט מעולה - מרכזי, נוח, קרוב לשוק, לים, לברים, לבתי קפה ולמסעדות טובות. עם הילדים היה לנו נוח במיוחד, ויש גינת משחקים קרובה מאוד לדירה. החניה בבניין הייתה יתרון משמעותי והקלה מאוד על ההתניידות. הדירה נעימה, נוחה ומתאימה מאוד לחופשה משפחתית. יש מקום קל לשיפור ברמת הניקיון והתחזוקה, אך זה לא גרע אפילו במעט מהחוויה הכללית הנהדרת שלנו. בטוח נחזור - וכבר מתכננים את החופשה הבאה.
