September 2025We were a group of six friends staying for one night, after another apartment we had booked suddenly stopped responding (that’s a different story). Within 20 minutes of first contacting Kirill, we were already checked into the apartment. The place is located in a new building on a quiet side street near Carmel Market—just a short walk from plenty of great places to eat and drink, and within walking distance of the beach. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Cyril and Shelly were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

November 2025Such a great experience. I had a very late check-in, and the host made sure I was okay, was very responsive, and was very flexible. The place is perfect for a quick exploration of the market and the beach. Parking in the building was a huge help Highly recommending

November 2025A really great apartment and Cyril was a lovely host! We booked last minute and he kindly called and told us we’d be able to check in early. Instructions were clear and the onsite parking (included in the price) was so useful. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped, the beds were comfy and the shower nice. The area is fantastic, right on the shuk and just a few minutes from the beach. Genuinely a great stay. We would definitely stay again!

November 2025Wonderful apartment at the entrance to Shuk Hakarmel. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We were 5 adults and had plenty of space. The place was clean and had a nice kitchen although we didn’t cook - being so close to the shuk there were plenty of food options and we ate out. There is underground parking as well which came in handy for the car rental. The streets are very tight and narrow but very charming with lots of character. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

November 2025Cyril is an excellent and responsive host—he was always available and provided us with everything we needed. Thank you very much! The building is new. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. There were a couple of areas in the bathroom that could use some repair, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

January 2026Spacious and very clean apartment. Great location right off the Shuk HaCarmel and close to the beach. Cyril was a wonderful host who was very responsive and even met us as we drove into Tel Aviv to direct us to the garage when we were having trouble. The parking was a huge plus too. We had a Kia Carnival which is a big car but it still fit. If you’re driving to the area though I’d recommend a smaller car as the roads are very tight and it will be easier to navigate them and the garage.

January 2026The place was as advertised. Spacious, very functional and clean with lots of light. Great location right next to the Carmel Market and minutes away from the beach by foot. Underground parking in the building was a big plus. Cyril was also very receptive regarding certain requests we had due to our religious observances. Will definitely consider coming back in the future. Ron

January 2026Very clean apartment with a good amount of amenities (toilet paper soap, etc). Very easy to walk to Shuk HaCarmel (pretty much a block away) with lots of food options. We also walked to the beach one day (about a ten minute walk), which was beautiful and so much fun for our kids. Instructions to get in were very clear. I felt safe there. Private parking is a major benefit in this area, which has quite narrow streets (parking garage hallways are quite narrow too). Cyril's place is very family friendly. We had a great time

April 2026Очень понравились апартаменты! Квартира чистая, аккуратная и полностью оборудована — есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, отличное расположение. Хозяин очень гостеприимный и внимательный: всегда на связи, быстро отвечает на любые вопросы. Когда возникла проблема с плитой, он сразу пришёл и всё оперативно исправил С удовольствием вернёмся снова и однозначно рекомендуем!

August 2026We had a wonderful stay at Hakerem Luxury Apartments! We came for a family vacation with our three kids, and everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent! just a 4-minute walk from the beach, which was so convenient with the kids. We really enjoyed our time here, and it was the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ❤️

August 2026Staying with this Cyril at Hakerem was an absolute pleasure! The apartment was spotless, exactly as described, and felt like a real home away from home. Communication was smooth and effortless from the very beginning ,every question was answered quickly and clearly. All the house rules were reasonable and easy to follow, and the host made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would gladly book with them again and highly recommend this place (and host) to any future guests.

July 2026The apartment is in an outstanding location, steps from the Market and a few blocks to the beach. Cyril is a great host: friendly, flexible, responsive. Parking is a big plus. The apartment is clean and spacious, but doesn’t meet “luxury” standards as far as beds, bedding and living room furniture. If hospitality, location and functionality are top priorities, this is your place. Luxury status requires some upgrades.

June 2026Highly recommend Cyril's place. Located in the best neighbourhood in tel, quiet corner of the kerem, close to everything you'd want (shops, the beach, all the good things). The apartment complex is brand new and includes a safe room. Hosts are super communicative and very friendly. Would stay here again no question.
