Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the Carmel Market and Nahalat Binyamin Art Fair. Surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants, and local shops. Perfect for experiencing Tel Aviv’s unique vibe, culture, and nightlife. Please note: This studio does not have a kitchen.

The neighborhood has a laid-back, artistic vibe and attracts locals, creatives, and travelers looking to experience the true soul of Tel Aviv.

House Rules:
● No smoking on the premises.
● No pets allowed.
● No parties or events allowed.
● In accordance with Israeli law, we require a copy of your government-issued photo ID before arrival.
● Violations of house rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
●A ₪300 fine applies for losing the key or entry chip.

● All guests must be declared. Only those who booked and submitted documents are allowed to enter.
● The final price is for guests on a tourist visa (B2/B3/B4). Please send passport photos for identification before arrival, and present your visa on arrival.
● Israeli passport holders or guests without a valid tourist visa will be charged an additional 18% VAT.

Guests have complete access to the entire apartment, ensuring a comfortable and private stay.
