● All guests must be declared. Only those who booked and submitted documents are allowed to enter.
● The final price is for guests on a tourist visa (B2/B3/B4). Please send passport photos for identification before arrival, and present your visa on arrival.
● Israeli passport holders or guests without a valid tourist visa will be charged an additional 18% VAT.

Guests have complete access to the entire apartment, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. This includes the bedroom, kitchen with appliances, cozy living area, and bathroom.

The apartment is great. Very clean, has everything you need, good ac and is in a central location. Very young and busy area. However, it's important to know for those who are sensitive to noise that it is located above a couple of bars and you can hear their activity well after midnight. That being said, I didn't not find it problematic myself and had no issues falling asleep because of it. I would definitely book it again.

Highly recommend staying at this airbnb or any of Lev Florentin's AirBnb listings. He is a great host, he is very responsive and helpful. The apartment was newly renovated, with good security and looked like the pictures.

Very nice design, clean and cozy apartment, it was just renovated. It’s equipped with everything you need for daily life. The location is perfect near Nahalat Binyamin and Shenkin, great for exploring Tel Aviv. And the best part in the summer it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach! Also you have the best coffee shop in front of the place. The host was responsive and available for anything, with a kind and helpful attitude. I highly recommend this place.
