● No parties or events allowed.
● In accordance with Israeli law, we require a copy of your government-issued photo ID before arrival.
● Violations of house rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Additional Information:
● All guests must be declared. Only those who booked and submitted documents are allowed to enter.
● The final price is for guests on a tourist visa (B2/B3/B4). Please send passport photos for identification before arrival, and present your visa on arrival.
● Israeli passport holders or guests without a valid tourist visa will be charged an additional 18% VAT.

Guest access

Guests have complete access to the entire apartment, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. This includes the bedroom, kitchen with appliances, cozy living area, and bathroom.
