June 2025Lev was a wonderful host. He was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions before and during my stay. The apartment is spotless. He definitely keeps it clean. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was good, and the TV with Netflix worked well. There were some changes to the furniture from the photos. The dining table is much better now. There is also a twin bed in the living room and two couches (one convertible couch and one small couch). The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, and pots/pans, and cooking utensils. The washer and dryer work well, and there are clothes drying racks as well. Just note that since the washer/dryer is outside, you are subject to the quiet hours and shouldn't use them during quiet hours. The shower water gets hot pretty quickly. Just 5-10 mins and it's hot. Overall really enjoyed the week I spent here and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

March 2025Wonderful place and much bigger than I anticipated. The place was spotless and functional. Location was amazing and if you’re a pretty fast walker like myself, dizengoff center is only a 30 min walk. I walked everywhere. If that’s not your vibe then a scooter is always available nearby. I used the Lime ones. Food and for my most importantly coffee was around you. If you get nighttime munchies there’s an ampm a 5 min walk away. The only downside is that it can get a little loud. Thursday night especially but it usually dies out between 1am and 2. Didn’t bother me too much since I was up from the jet lag anyway. :) Additionally the first time I checked in was a little hard to find since the building wasn’t numbered the traditional way. It’s written in spray paint though, and I local was able to point it out to me :)

January 2025The apartments are worth considering due to their low price. You should keep in mind that you will be able to hear your neighbors, as well as street parties. The area itself did not seem the safest to me - perhaps it is better to stay in the north, not south. But still it's very walkable area, easy to go to old city, train station and so on. Apartments are nice inside, the only downsides - noisy street and be prepared to heat water for shower in advance. Overall thanks

January 2025Great place. Clean and tidy. Superb location right above Levinski Market with all the nice cafes and little restaurants. Walking distance from Jaffa and the train station. Walking distance to the centre of Tel Aviv as well. The landlord was helpful and professional at all times and very responsive to every query. Check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend this place for experiencing Tel Aviv/Jaffa.

What a delight to be surrounded by a lively community, to walk to Rothschild Boulevard and then walk to Jaffa or Dizingoff. No sooner had I stepped inside than I decided to book for the following week !

The communication with Lev was effortless, the apartment was large and had all the amenities you‘d need and the location was perfect to discover Florentine/Central Tel Aviv by foot. September 2024I stayed here for a week to relax and work remotely after staffing a Birthright trip, and it was exactly what I needed. Lev's place was clean and spacious. As other reviews have mentioned, some furniture has been added since the photos were taken, which only enhances the space. The area is bustling, with a lot of bars and restaurants, but I felt safe and had no issues with noise at night. Lev was extremely helpful and responsive whenever I had a problem or questions. When I couldn't figure out how to use the washing machine, Lev personally came by to make sure everything was working and showed me how to use it. When I was running low on toilet paper, he had his cleaner drop off more the same day. He even arranged for a late checkout at no extra cost when I asked for luggage storage for my last day. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay in Tel Aviv with an A+ host, this is the place.

The property is located in the hip and lively part of Florentin, and is within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made it easy for me to explore Tel Aviv. Lev is a very responsive and accommodating host who made sure I had everything I needed during my stay and checked in with me multiple times to make sure all was well, going so far as to buy and promptly bring over brand new kitchen materials and ingredients so I would have an easier time cooking. Highly recommend this apartment and look forward to being back!

April 2023Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Tel Aviv. Das Apartment hat eine perfekte Lage in einem tollen lebendigen Viertel! Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sauber, aber wirklich nur mit den nötigsten Dingen ausgestattet, eher für kurztrips geeignet. Auch die Betten bzw. das Schlafsofa ist nicht besonders bequem. Insgesamt würden wir das Apartment weiterempfehlen!

January 2023Das Apartment ist geräumig und zentral gelegen. Man erreicht es zu Fuß von der Central Bus Station und der HaHagana in 15 Minuten. Das Viertel ist gut zum Ausgehen und man findet immer etwas leckeres zu essen. Das Apartment hat ein Schlafzimmer, dessen großes Fenster direkt an einer Straße liegt und sich nicht öffnen lässt. Ein Vorhang schützt vor Blicken von der belebten Straße. Nachts ist es eher laut. Den Balkon teilt man sich mit zwei anderen Apartments. Hier ist auch das einzige Fenster, dass sich öffnen lässt. Die Küche ist noch etwas dürftig ausgestattet. Kochutensilien gab es nur sehr wenige (z. B. kein Öl, Salz, Pfeffer). Für ein paar Tage in der Stadt zu zweit voll in Ordnung, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar.

The separation between the bedroom that has a double bed and the living room with a couch is not a door but a curtain, so beware if you are looking for privacy. We didn't use the kitchen appliances but it seemed to have all the equipment one would expect. There were some issues that we encounter that I want to mention to help host improve. First, the building door to the street seems to be broken. We could never manage to close it. A light push would open it again. Second, the balcony area is common to several apartments and there is a washing machine or dryer machine. Because it is common, it seems several apartments can use this machine. On our second night our family was all awake because someone was using this noisy machine till about 2 AM. That was very bothering, but I became more upset when the host messaged ME not to use the machine at night! We didn't use the machine during our stay so at least I would expect an apology...

December 2022Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit appartement! Het appartement was zeer schoon en opgeruimd. Alle basisbenodigdheden zijn aanwezig en de slaapkamer is erg ruim. Het appartement is wel erg gehorig wat betreft geluid van de buren en de straat. Wij vonden het leuk dat we het terras deelden met de buren, dit waren gezellige mensen! Het bed ligt heel lekker en de douche is goed. De badkamer is een beetje klein en beschikt niet over een afzuiger. Het sofa bed is een beetje hard en erg kort, maar voor een aantal nachten prima te doen. Het appartement ligt in een zeer leuke wijk met veel ontbijtgelegenheden en wijnbarretjes/restaurantjes. Omliggende wijken en het centrale busstation zijn lopend gemakkelijk te bereiken. Al met al zouden wij dit appartement zeker aanbevelen. Als wij nog een bezoek brengen aan Tel Aviv brengen in de toekomst, komen wij hier terug!

Everything was very clean inside the apartment and looks similiar to the description. We only recommend to the hosts to add sugar and tee because there was only coffee in the kitchen. Thank you! December 2022If you are a light sleeper and are planning to stay Thursday-Sunday this apartment is probably not for you. The big single layer glass window in the bedroom provides close to zero protection against street noise from restaurants, bars etc. some days until 2.30am. In 2020 this part of Levinsky Street (approximately 350 meters) was closed for traffic and a lot of restaurants and bars have taken possession of the street. The area is still taggy, but the gentrification process is evolving. The apartment is very central, newly equipped with only the absolutely necessary.
